CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important and time is reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I request at least 48 hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Failure to show up for your appointment and you will be blocked from booking future appointments. I have a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or canceled in order to accommodate others whose appointments are after yours. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your total services booked.
